Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms of sale govern the sale of products offered by Maison Sahari (Redouane Sahari, sole trader, SIRET 106 547 854 00013), 3 rue du Commandant l'Herminier, 75020 Paris — contact@maisonsahari.fr, on this site. Any order implies acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 — Products
The products are standard garments and accessories, embroidered with the RS crest to order by our production partners in Europe. The visuals are manufacturer renderings: slight colour variations may exist, without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery costs, borne by the customer, are shown before you confirm your order. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Order
The sale is concluded once the order is confirmed and payment is validated; a confirmation e-mail is then sent to you. Maison Sahari may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute or for a legitimate reason, informing you and refunding any amount paid.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, at the time of the order. The order is processed once payment is received.
Article 6 — Production and delivery
As our pieces are embroidered after the order, a production time of 2 to 5 business days is added to the delivery time, of 2 to 5 business days in France and 4 to 8 business days in the European Union. These times are indicative. In case of delay, you may terminate the contract under the conditions of articles L216-2 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. This right applies to all our pieces.
To exercise it, inform us by any unambiguous statement sent to contact@maisonsahari.fr, or use the model form available on the Delivery & returns page. You send the item back, new, unworn and in good condition, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision; return costs are borne by you. We refund the full amount paid, including the initial delivery costs (standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision; the refund may be deferred until we have received the item back or proof of its dispatch.
Article 8 — Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). If a product is non-compliant or defective, contact us at contact@maisonsahari.fr.
Article 9 — Personal data
Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy and the GDPR.
Article 10 — Governing law, disputes and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; the consumer may bring the matter before the competent court under the rules of law. Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, after a prior written complaint sent to contact@maisonsahari.fr that has not received a satisfactory answer, the consumer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which Maison Sahari belongs: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 4 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris — www.cm2c.net.
