Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
Article 2 — Products
The products are embroidered garments and accessories, made to order. The photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible; slight variations (shade, embroidery position) inherent to the making cannot engage the liability of the house.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. Any delivery charges are specified before order confirmation. Maison Sahari reserves the right to change its prices at any time, products being invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Order
The sale is concluded after validation of the order and confirmation of payment. Maison Sahari reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or a legitimate reason.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, at the time of the order. The order is processed after payment is received.
Article 6 — Making and delivery
As our pieces are made to order, a making time is added to the shipping time. Indicative times are specified at the time of the order. Reasonable delays cannot give rise to cancellation or compensation.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. Items must be returned new, unworn and in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, except for a non-compliant or defective product.
Items made according to the customer's personal specifications (for example a monogram personalised to order) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 8 — Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, contact us at contact@maisonsahari.fr.
