What is print-on-demand?
Every Maison Sahari piece is made to order, only when you place your order. That means zero overproduction, controlled quality, and a piece made for you.
What are the delivery times?
Allow 2 to 5 working days of production (embroidery included), followed by 3 to 7 days of delivery depending on your address. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
How does the embroidery work?
The RS monogram is embroidered directly onto the garment by our partner workshops. The embroidery is durable, wash-resistant, and finely rendered.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have a 14-day withdrawal right after delivery: the item must be new, unworn and in its original condition. Only personalised made-to-order pieces (custom monograms) are excluded. Details in our shipping & returns policy.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, we deliver across Europe and internationally. Times and costs vary by destination.
