Made to order
Each Maison Sahari piece is embroidered and then made after your order. A production time of 2 to 5 business days therefore adds to the delivery time.
Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from the European Union. Indicative delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 4 to 8 business days
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before order confirmation. A tracking number is provided to you as soon as the order ships.
Returns and withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item, in accordance with your right of withdrawal. Items must be new, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are at your expense, except for a non-compliant or defective item.
To initiate a return, write to us at contact@maisonsahari.fr stating your order number.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund is issued within 14 days to the payment method used for the order.
Personalised items
Items personalised to order (bespoke monogram) are neither taken back nor exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
