Embroidered to order
Every Maison Sahari piece is embroidered with the RS crest, then shipped, after you order, by our production partners in Europe. A production time of 2 to 5 business days is therefore added to the delivery time.
Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from the European Union. Indicative delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 4 to 8 business days
Delivery costs, borne by you, are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply; they remain at your charge. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). This right applies to all our pieces.
To exercise it, inform us of your decision by any unambiguous statement sent to contact@maisonsahari.fr, quoting your order number, or use the model form below.
Returning the item
Send the item back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. It must be new, unworn and in good condition. Return costs are borne by you. Write to us before sending: we will give you the return address. You are liable only for any loss in value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If an item is non-compliant or defective, contact us: return costs are then borne by us.
Refund
We refund the full amount paid, including the initial delivery costs (standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the payment method used for the order. The refund may be deferred until we have received the item back or until you provide proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). You have 2 years from delivery of the goods to act under the guarantee of conformity; you may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions of article L217-12; you are exempt from proving the lack of conformity during the 24 months following delivery. The guarantee against hidden defects may be exercised within 2 years of discovering the defect.
